Categories in menu and more space between content and widget

Hi,

I recently bought your theme and I have two questions about it:

1. I have categories in my menu, but now only appears the pages not the category. Will be necessary for my blog  to show the categories in the menu. How can I add the categories to the menu?

2. I would like to set more space between the main content and the widget sidebar. Now have only about 25 px of separation. Where can I change this? I suppose this can be changed in row fluid css… but I not sure where exactly.
